Expobar make a 2 group commercial version of this machine - this is their portable (tanked) offering. Intended as a high end domestic machine and has a price advantage over the more common E61 Rocket. The EB-61 Office follows usual commercial practice in construction in so much that it allows an operator to produce coffee whilst also steaming milk. It has an internal cold water tank which is filled from the top. Being a commercial machine it has separate taps for hot water and steam delivery plus a cup storage and warming tray on top. A lever (Leva) is used to control activation of the group. The EB-61 Office produces espresso every bit as good as you'd expect in your favourite cafe - because it's made in exactly the same way. An automatic model with programmable dosing is also available.
