EBONY COFFEE COMPANY - LIGHT COMMERCIAL ESPRESSO MACHINES |

Expobar Barista Minore Expobar have introduced this two-boiler model of the Office Leva to overcome a common problem associated with all machines in this category - an unstable brewing temperature. In this machine one boiler is dedicated entirely to the brewing process and can be programmed to operate at a specific temperature. There is no need to "surf" the brew group before making a coffee. The Barista Minore is intended as a high end domestic machine and has a price advantage over the more common E61 Rocket. The Barista Minore follows usual commercial practice in construction in so much that it allows an operator to produce coffee whilst also steaming milk. It has an internal cold water tank which is filled from the top. Being a commercial machine it has separate taps for hot water and steam delivery plus a cup storage and warming tray on top. A lever is used to control activation of the group. The Barista Minore produces espresso every bit as good as you'd expect from your favourite cafe - because it's made in exactly the same way. Technical specs: Single group, semiautomatic delivery, portable. Two two-litre boilers with 1700 watt elements. It has a switching mechanism to ensure only one boiler is heating at a time in order that the electrical circuit is not overloaded when attached to a standard household socket. Size: 300 mm wide x 500 mm deep x 460 mm high - weight 18 kg. Price: $4,200 including GST and freight. Package also includes free stainless steel jug and coffee. Purchase the Barista Minore. |
